This is caused by broken/invalid HTML code for the link in column 6 of row 9. There, you have the HTML code
<a href="https://dhammavinayapatipada.com/download/kandy-district-udagalbokka-ku%e1%b9%adi-forest-route>DOWNLOAD</a>Note that this is missing a slash and quotation mark /" after the URL (between ...route and >DOWNLOAD).
Once you add the /" there, everything will be fine again.
