Tabs showing URL instead of page title

I’m not able to see the link as its preview, it requires admin login to see it.

As I don’t see the issue, I can not provide opinions on this. Maybe you can try adding some screenshots to describe the issue.

It’s likely related to SEO plugins, can you disable your SEO plugin to test?
