taking a quiz only after submitting form

Thank you for the topic.

In order to achieve your desired result, please head to the Quizzes > particular quiz > User Data tab > Information Form option > Before quiz > drag and drop the Name, Email, and Phone fields from Available fields to Active ones and make them required.
