Talk with experienced wordpress developer

New here. Hopefully this is an ok topic, if it isn't apologies in advance. I'm starting a wordpress agency that will provide websites or webpages (to augment a clients current site). I want to provide operational and management solutions for small business, non-profits etc. I'd like to use my extensive entrepreneurial experience to focus on building the agency and collaborate with a developer that would like to focus on the tech side of things. Not a legal partnership but a collaboration with someone who wants to build something that can generate waas revenue stream for themselves. That means you have total control over your own schedule but you'd have to reliably show up and do the work as clients are added. Let's discuss it.
