Thanks for your message and for attaching a screen shot. Tax rates must be configured from the apposite back-end page of VikBooking, and then they should be assigned to your rate plans (“Types of Price”), as well as to any additional extra fee or option.
If your current rate plan called “Standard Rate” is showing no tax, then it’s probably because no tax rates were assigned to that type of price.
We suggest editing the type of price called “Standard Rate” to make sure a tax rate is assigned to it. This way, the system will probably calculate the proper amount of taxes according to your configuration settings, which can define your rates as tax exclusive or inclusive (before or after tax).
