2. SEMrush
3. Ahrefs
4. Moz

I read competitors websites and seo effort and make a plan on how to beat them creating better content then them!
To read: searchengineland, developers.google.com, moz blog, semrush blog, searchenginejournal, ahrefs blog. Not in this order..
What you listed are seo tools used for doing SEO snd I guess you forgot to add Google Search Console
