On the Customer Review page, above the ‘Submit Review’ button, it says “By submitting your review, you agree to the terms and conditions.” The words ‘terms and conditions’ are underlined indicating a link to the ‘terms and conditions’ page. However, when the customer clicks on that link nothing happens. Where in the plugin settings do you set the page for the ‘terms and conditions’ link?
