Please go to the Quizzes page > particular quiz > Settings tab and untick the Show correct answers option. By this, the system will not show whether the answer is correct or not with green and red marks during the quiz. See the screenshot below:
Also, if you don’t want to show the score at the end of the quiz, please go to the Quizzes page > particular quiz > Results Settings tab and tick the Hide Score option.
