Testing an e-commerce business before incorporating

I don’t know if this is the right sub to ask this but here goes.

I’m building a multi-vendor marketplace where people can sell virtual meetings. It’s kind of educational. I’d like to test the site as a proof-of-concept. I’m concerned that if I don’t incorporate first, I open myself up to liability (lawsuits). Is there a way to protect myself 100% before incorporating?
