This behavior shouldn’t happen by default. Maybe you’re using some specific theme or stylesheet? Or maybe the chatbot is displayed inside of a larger container of some sort?
You could try to add the chatbot on a blank page to see how it behaves. In the meantime, if you need a quick fix, you can add to the class mwai-text the attribute “white-space: initial;“, and it should work just fine 😊
