Text vertical justification changed with upgrade to 6.7.1

I have recently upgraded to 6.7.1 and the vertical justification of text has changed so that it is no longer vertically aligned with a preceding left aligned image block. Here’s an example:

Previously the text was vertically aligned with the image. However, this was only *after* being published. The preview in the block editor also used to show the text non-top justified.

Has 6.7.1 included a fix to make preview and publish the same or is this a new bug? If it’s a fix, how can I change the theme css to force vertical justification? I have too many 600+ posts to update individually.
