1) Disable ALL the plugins
2) Switch to the Twenty Twenty-Four theme (with ALL plugins still disabled)
3) Test the editor

Yes, After changing the theme and disabling all the plugins, it works. But what’s the solution?
Now, that tells us the problem is NOT from WordPress itself… but with one of your plugins or even your theme. But which one? We don’t know yet!
To identify the culprit, you need to enable the theme and plugins again. But, rather than all at once, you’ll need to enable them one at a time, testing each time, until the problem comes back. The last one you enabled that brought back the problem would then be the cause.
So…
1) First, switch back to your normal theme (Blocky) — with all plugins still disabled — and test the editor again. If the editor breaks, you know the theme is responsible. If it works, you know it’s not the theme. Keep the Blocky theme enabled and move on to the plugins.
2) Enable ONLY ONE plugin and test again. If the editor breaks, you know it’s this plugin causing the problem. If the editor still works, you know it’s not this plugin… so keep it enabled and move on to the next plugin.
3) Continue with this test for each plugin… until the problem comes back and note the plugin that brought back the problem.
Once we know the culprit, we can then know how to proceed.
NB: The alternative to enabling this approach is to check your server’s error logs and/or enable WordPress debugging. These should give you more info about what’s causing the editor to break.
