When I open your site in an Incognito/Private Browsing window in my browser, the Video Playlist element already appears to behave correctly.

Could you open your site in an Incognito/Private Browsing window, so you can check whether it works for you as well?

Hello, the problem is when cookies are accepted on another page and then that one is visited.
Try to enter the home page (https://www.linkingmarket.com/), accept cookies, and then go to the section Do you want to export? You will see how in this case it does not load correctly.

I think it is related to an optimization in the WP Rocket plugin, because when I attempt your steps but add ?nowprocket to the URL’s, the issue no longer appears.
So, I’m visiting this URL to your homepage and click Accept here:
And after accepting, in the same window I visit the page with the Video Playlist using the below URL, and the issue no longer appears:
So that’s what I would expect to be the cause of the behavior in this case.
