The only plug-ins which are a MUST install? Preferably which doesn’t slow your site down

I’m really new so don’t mind if I said something stupid, but my site loading speed has become absolutely terrible and I just wanna have only few plug-ins which actually matter, it’s a mess so I wanna start from ground zero except for themes, etc

    For me though, my initial build for all my client sites consists of:

    * Security: Wordfence
    * Caching: WP Rocket
    * Backup: UpdraftPlus
    * Analytics/GSC: Google Site Kit
