Based on the information you provided in your previous message, it appears that the IPs are hashed, which prevents WP Statistics from displaying visitor locations. To enable the plugin to fetch visitor locations, you will need to disable the Hashing IP feature. You can find this option by navigating to:
WP Dashboard > Statistics > Settings > Privacy
