I will ask a little differently. Why are you using the Pass Thru method instead of the default via .htaccess method? Unfortunately, Pass Thru has its limitations – it’s not a recommended setting.

@vox-terman No. Just activate it in the plugin settings and everything will work automatically. If there is a problem, you will receive an appropriate message in the plugin settings.

As I understand it, after that you need to run Bulk Optimization again?
@vox-terman Do you have any unconverted inages in the Bulk Optimization of Images section?
No, all images are covered even at the time of optimization for Pass Thru
