Sorry to hear about the issue.
It sounds like on a recipe edit page the fields aren’t loading properly, which is very unusual but could be caused by:
- Using an old browser version (especially Safari)
- Another plugin loading assets where it shouldn’t and breaking our page
- A background error breaking our calls
If it is Safari, maybe try 10.6 or higher.
On the recipe edit page, try right-clicking the page, choose Inspect, then look for errors in the Console tab. Do you see any?
It would also help if you could check the site error log for related issues. Your host can help if you’re not sure where to find it.
After switching from DuckDuckGo to Safari, the issue was resolved. Thank you for your prompt reply!

We haven’t done any testing against the DuckDuckGo browser. We’ll close this, as you can now use the editor, but we’ll also take a look at the possible compatibility issue.
