The Redirection plugin is not working after the update. Anyone facing the issue?

After the recent update to version 5.4, the Redirection plugin is not working and as a result of that, I am getting a lot of 404 errors in the page indexing of google search console.
Go to settings > permalinks and without doing anything changes just click save button. Let me know if it works.
