Yes, the problem persists. I just cleared all the site cache and the problem continues. I also see that my related articles plugin looks bad now:
You must have stubborn page caching; I still see the locally cached thumbnail (e.g. and that is being blocked by nginx apperantly, you will have to ensure /wp-content/plugins/wp-youtube-lyte/lyteCache.php is allowed (in nginx or a security plugin).
the related articles looked OK on my end though.

I just purged all the cache in cloudflare and it seems to look correct now.
Great! If you _want_ to serve thumbnails locally you might have to ask your hoster to ensure /wp-content/plugins/wp-youtube-lyte/lyteCache.php can be accessed directly.
