I have the same problem as skinderella777 in https://projectdmc.org/support/topic/there-are-no-shipping-options-available-24/. The status is resolved but I didn’t find the option to download an older version than 2.29 as suggested.
The set in my shop: Send to region Austria which contains only two conditions:
0 to 99.99 € with shipping costs, 100 € and more is free shipping.
Interesting behavior: It works if a user is logged in, but it doesn’t for users that are not logged in.
I deactivated the table rate option and activated a woo standard option which has the disadvantage that the user has to check a radio box for the wanted shipping option what causes errors as the customers miss to check it.
Everything is up to date: Woocommerce 8.9.1, PHP 8.2, WordPress 6.5.2
Shop location: Germany. The message “There are no shipping options available” appears in German
