I don’t maintain a POT file because one isn’t generally needed (the plugin translations are done with GlotPress), and thus it’ll likely be outdated anyway. Translation tools like Poedit can read the strings directly from the source code.
Here’s a fresh POT file for you: https://gist.github.com/msaari/d0f7b742ee0f41d5db16ad18e685d010.
Maybe I understand: you put the .po file in the plugin directory and this is the file you created with GlotPress.

Let’s roll back a bit. What are you trying to achieve here in the first place? Do you want to translate Relevanssi to a new language, or do you wish to customize some translated strings?
I created a custom .po file and translated it into 100% Italian.
If you want I can send it to you and you can include it in your official translation by GlotPress.
Thanks, but there already exists a professionally made 100% translation of Relevanssi in Italian, so I don’t need other Italian translations.
