There’s some malicious code added on my website. It’s in the javascript file and I’m not sure how it got there. Is there any way to remove this code as it is affecting the whole website.

I have spoken to the hosting people and their scanner showed some malicious code but destroying those didn’t fix it. I also have downloaded the files hosting and scanned the files using McAfee but nothing was found. Is there any way this can be fixed or does the website have to be revamped?
