Time display in email different than AM/PM

Notifications trigger: new post

I want to display time of post in email notifications but not with AM/GMT.

Right now its look like this:

New post date / Data: March 13, 2023 7:22 pm

DATA GMT: March 13, 2023 7:22 pm

7:22 pm

I want to have: 7:22 pm = 19:22 and 19:22 i want to display in email instead PM form. How can i do that?
