Time zone conversion

Hello. I’m very sorry if this has been answered but I cannot find what I need.

We use WordPress at a global non-profit. Is there a calendar plug-in that will change the time of an event to local time of the web browser seamlessly in real time ? We don’t want people to have to play time zone math in their head.

Event listed at 9pm eastern
Real Time is 8:50pm eastern
Someone viewing the listing in California would get 6pm PST automatically on the page
(With bonus add of (starts in 10 minutes) if that possible too)

Pro/paid versions of plugins is fine. Need to be pointed to one or two options.
