Tooltips popup wird nicht angezeigt

Hallo zusammen, ich nutze das Plugin WordPress Tooltips hier habe ich das Problem, dass die Wörter markiert sind, jedoch in den meisten Fällen wird aber kein Tooltipp angezeigt. Woran könnte das liegen?
Liegt es eventuell am Plugin? Welches Free Tooltip würde alternativ besser sein?
Vielen Dank für deine Ideen und Tipps zur Problemlösung.
