Hi I’m currently struggling to decide between Oxygen and Bricks. With oxygen you get a lifetime license and their breakdance builder for 1 yr at $150. Bricks is offering a lifetime license and unlimited sites for $199.
I know some html and css but really don’t care to code everything. Not sure my skill set would allow it to be done quickly. Oxygen looks really good, offering a lot of control but I’m worried about the ongoing support since they have a new builder.
From what I can see bricks looks good too but maybe not as much customization? The lifetime license with development roadmap is appealing.
I will end up building several sites with whatever I get. Help me decide! Any info will be appreciated, thanks

Contemplating the same and leaning towards Bricks as I like the devs better than the Oxygen ones and development seems to be moving at a nice pace with transparent roadmaps.
I have oxy/bricks/breakdance/generatepress among others.
I found Oxy dense and difficult to get started with. Bricks was much easier. Now Bricks has conditional content – it can do a lot that Oxy offers – with a much clearer workflow. The team seem like good people, the forum is supportive and there are a handful of good add-ons – like bricksable blocks – that help extend it. There are some missing elements (like a good menu builder) but most are on the roadmap. If you get it before the price kicks in, it’s a bargain.
Oxygen is excellent – but if you only want a few sites and/or are beginning with WP – I’d go with bricks – especially if you don’t feel that familiar with code. Bricks is more amenable to non-coders.
I only have experience with Oxy, so grain of salt advice. Why i like Oxy is because i generally dont like using builders and prefer manual code. In situations where that’s not possible, it seems to fit my “hard code” workflow better than other builders.
That said, that’s probably why others don’t like Oxygen’s workflow compared to others. If you’re not dev focused, it might not be a good option. Breakdance is supposed to be their answer to that, but it’s a sub model so if Bricks pricing is better it may be a better option.
