Are you referring to adding tracking details on the order details page? If so, you will need to re-connect the plugin per our release notes. Here is the comment from our release notes:
Added – Scope TRACKING_SHIPMENT_READWRITE to connection parameters so tracking API can be used. Merchants will need to re-connect via the API settings page if they want this feature.Since the tracking details requires an additional scope, you just need to re-connect and it should work.
