Hi @abhiverma,
We don’t have an integration with Xpressbees.
Maybe Xpressbees first change the order status to Shipped(Completed) and than add tracking information to orders so the tracking info does not go with the email.
Can you please share the order details page screenshot with order notes so I can check it?

Here is the whole thing, the order tracking id is not being added automatically there in the order note. help me short out this issue.

Xpressbees does not add the tracking information to the AST shipment tracking meta.
You can request the integration with Xpressbees integration on AST’s features board, when you post your request, please provide as much details as you can about the nature of the integration and how Xpressbees integrates with WooCommerce.
