First, my compliments on the layout of the site. It comes to me as genuine and trustworthy.
I took a look at the HTML source, and a few technical issues stood out to me, which you should consider addressing:
- You set “Maximum text snippet length” to 250 — I recommend setting it to Unlimited. Google used to have a few obvious bugs with this, like not displaying a snippet at all; perhaps they’re facing issues with it on another level.
- You set “Maximum video preview length” to 0 — I recommend setting it higher than 0. Google used to interpret any unbound “0” in the robots metatag as “noindex” due to their forced hasty implementation of the copyright directives by France. Perhaps this issue may linger still (again, on another level).
- You have turned off the automatic branding of titles. There’s a good reason why TSF is screaming at you about the titles being too short and unbranded. Please read Google’s guidelines and apply those thoughtfully to your page titles: https://developers.google.com/search/docs/appearance/title-link
I also recommend resolving the red-colored SEO Bar items (double-exclamation when vision accessibility is enabled).
Aside from those technical issues, please note that many factors can cause rankings to change: Google algorithm updates, world events, backlinks vanishing, increased competition, and manual actions can all affect ranking beyond our control. Unfortunately, I do not have enough knowledge about your website, sector, or even culture to comment on this, and you may wish to consult with an SEO agency to investigate.
Still, I advise addressing the issues above first.
