I have checked internally and I found out that the sentence used in the checkbox is “Add me to the newsletter (optional)”.
You can change this sentence through the Sendinblue plugin in Woocommerce. In ‘Subscription confirmation’ tab, make sure that you have enabled the ‘Display an opt-in field at checkout’. In the next field called ‘Opt-in field label’, you can change the name.
