How hard is it to transfer Drupal to WordPress? If the website has 40+ Blog posts and 3000+ Member directory on Drupal? Is there any easy way to transfer the member directory?

Can you do it yourself ?
That plugin doesn’t do the greatest job. You might get some posts and assets migrated but I’ve never had luck with it.
Google best drupal to WordPress migration and you should find plenty of valuable resources.
Likely, you’re going to need to build out your WP version and manually update content. The directory might be simpler. See if there is an export function for the directory extension. You will have to do some data mapping but you might be able to import that into a WP membership plugin.
