I recently transferred my domain to a different site I own on wordpress accidently, thinking that I was transferring it as a site, not just the domain. And now the domain is linked to my other site. I cannot transfer it back for 60 days. My question is, is there anyway to speed it up? and also is my domains site content deleted or will it come back once I transfer it back?

You can’t ‘speed up’ a domain rego transfer.
Just change the DNS so that it points to the old web server. (It is strange that your DNS changed during the transfer – that shouldn’t happen). Google your ‘old’ hosts DNS settings or contact their support.
