Transforming an Excel Sheet into a Submittable Form

TL;DR: I’m trying to allow users to input quantities for items on an excel sheet that can then be submitted to my client.

I’ve encountered a challenge while working with a client who wishes to streamline their wholesale ordering process. They have an Excel sheet that they’d like to convert into a form where their wholesale partners can conveniently input quantities for the desired products and submit their orders hassle-free.

The Excel sheet comprises essential fields such as SKU, variations, MSRP, wholesale price, and quantities, with subtotals automatically calculated using specific formulas.

The reason for this unique approach is that the partners who will be using this form are already familiar with the products and have exclusive access to this page. There isn’t a need for a full archive page with images, descriptions, etc., because these wholesale partners are already well-versed in the products. Therefore, it’s more efficient to list them in an Excel form.

Initially, I attempted to utilize Gravity Forms for this purpose, but unfortunately, it struggled to interpret the Excel cells accurately, leading to inefficiencies in the process. In a subsequent effort, I experimented with embedding the Excel form via Google Sheets and then integrating it into the website using Elementor. However, despite the form visually appearing on the page, Elementor failed to recognize it upon submission. It seems that the embedding solution primarily serves visual purposes rather than facilitating the dynamic changes required for efficient order submission.

I’m now seeking advice and recommendations from the community on the most effective approach or tools to achieve this goal. Any insights or alternative plugin suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your assistance!
