TranslatePress allows translation only on the front-end side of the websites.
P.S – You can use a plugin like loco translate to translate the plugins in secondary languages on the back-end and then, from the Users tab, by going into your profile or the profile of the user you want to have the back-end on a specific language, you can select it from the dropdown.
