Trouble getting emails on my site to work, been troubleshooting for days now. Help!

It’s just a Simple Contact Form for users to send me emails. I have the recaptcha, WPForms and SMTP Plugins running.

I went on a wild goose chase following these steps :

a) Enabled WP Forms SMTP plugin with Sendinblue

b) Test mails sent ok. But when I used the form, nothing sent.

c) Googled a lot. Learnt that GoDaddy may be culprit (I know they suck but I made the website years ago)

d) Contacted GoDaddy. Unfruitful 2 hour long chat in which they got a test script to run but insisted the problem was not on their end. I have no idea if they are telling the truth or not, since the last time I paid for their tech support I ended up having to solve the issue myself.

Changed to other SMPT server at their insistence. Still doesn’t work.

e) At my wit’s end, came here.

A simple email form shouldn’t be this hard to fix, I built my website in about a day if I recall. My instinct tells me its some SMPT issue but I don’t know exactly what.

I’d be very appreciative if anyone could point me in the right direction.
