Trouble With Contact Form

Hello, thanks for viewing! I am having the following issue :

I am not receiving contact form submission from my site to the directed email. Nor are form submissions showing up in ‘form responses’ on ‘feedback’ tab in dashboard.

I had someone develop my wordpress site, however the contact form is not delivering visitor submission to my directed email. I tried changing the emails and it arrives to some and not others.

I have noticed that the emails are not being received when I direct them to my Google Workspace emails / G Suite emails. But it works when I have them send to my basic gmail??? I checked spam and refreshed the g suite emails each time when tried, and nothing shows from the contact form. I would prefer for form submissions to be sent to my google workspace emails as they are my business emails, and no form emails show up.

Also, no matter what i do, I cannot figure out how to get the form submissions to show up ‘form responses’ on ‘feedback’ tab in dashboard.

It is a very basic contact form on homepage.

Am I missing a plugin? I am completely confused.

Could it be an email hosting issue?
