Hi everyone,
I've had a self built WordPress site now for about 10 years. I have some plugins but have switched to a podcast theme I hoped would help me streamline my processes.
With this new theme, publishing has slowed down consistently.
How do I strip out everything from before and apply the new theme?
Export the data, setup on a new site and then import all back in?
Or, should I reach out to a pro to help me do this.
I am just looking to simplify and clean out the junk.
Thanks!

That’s how we do it in order to “clean” site from “junk” in the database that pilled up in years, so we use WP all in one export for exporting all the content from the “old” site for importing into the new site (e.g. pages, posts, images, etc).
