Tweak setting to only check blacklist to prevent false positives

Hi,

Is it possible to configure the plugin to only check blacklist status (e.g. IP blacklist or email address blacklist) and not whether the content of the submission looks spammy?

We see that most spam in this case are coming from blacklisted IPs or email addresses. The ones that are not are almost all false positives, so if we can configure the above configuration, it may be a way to prevent the false positives while still blocking most spam.
