Hi, we have a service that limits customers to booking one appointment every 7 days.
Specifically, under “Limit appointments per customer”:
- Number of appointments: 1
- Time frame: Day
- Period: 7
- Time period is calculated from: Booking date and time
It works well in general, but every now and then, we have the same customer create two appointments in one day.
I double checked the customer’s email – they have the same email and name and service: one appointment at 9 am and another at 11:40 am.
Am I doing something wrong?
