Focusing on “Do” options instead of “Do not” is an interesting perspective, and we can see how it might make the export process feel more intuitive for some users. That said, we designed the plugin with the idea that most users transfer their websites completely. The advanced options, such as excluding specific elements, are meant for more specialized cases, and for those who use them frequently, we offer the Schedules feature. With Schedules, you can save your exact preferences as a job and run it manually whenever needed—no need to check those boxes every time!
While this change would invert the way the plugin works, your feedback reminds us that every user has unique needs, and we’ll take it into consideration as we plan future updates. Your input helps us grow, and we’re grateful to have you as part of our community.
