I actually really liked ultimate member (free) so I upgraded and have had nothing but issues since, and there is **no customer support, it just crickets from them!**
The upgrade to Pro actually decreased functionality and now I am getting errors everywhere.
I do not use this for paid subscriptions, I have several levels of users who are sent a specific link to a custom registration page that signs them up automatically for the user role and custom user page attached to it.
Ultimate member pro has no customizable registrations or user pages, it can only handle one????
I am not finding a way to set this up in Pro and now no one can see anything, because it is forcing a redirect to the UMP default, which is coming up 404.
I tried to use a locker, but the locker can only contain the most basic items and isn’t playing nice with elementor, or I am just not finding instructions or video on how to do so.
If anyone out there knows what magic I am not seeing… (deep breath) any help appreciated.
