We have been having trouble with our website since last night when our WordPress version updated. At first, navigating to any page besides the home page would lead to a 404 error. This was fixed when we restored our website via backup.
However, we are still unable to make urgent page changes to our website. On the backend, clicking the “edit” button will lead to a white screen. Clicking the “Beaver Builder” page edit button will lead to the page–but it will not let us edit (the page is from a normal website visitor’s point of view).
As of now, our Beaver Builder Themer and Plugin are versions 1.4.8 and versions 2.7.3.2. Because we have recieved the notice that it is unclear the new versions (1.4.9 and 2.7.4) work with our current version of WordPress, we are waiting for the reassurance that they are compatible.
Does anyone have any solutions to this issue? Is anyone else having this problem? Any suggestions are appreciated.
