Unable to use plugin even after purchasing Pro version
The developer cannot help customers here, they get into real trouble if they do.
For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.
As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

I tried multiple times to register and login to the SFL support site but it just goes in loops. I register, by providing email and password, then I try logging in using those credentials and it says that password is invalid. I did this multiple times. I need some help here. How to reach the developers and get support for the plugin for which I have already paid a significant amount?
