Under Construction Mode Off but HTTPS link still shows it as active

After disabling and deleting the plugin and following the steps below, I still see the under construction content for the secure version of my site.

• Waiting 48+ hours
• Clearing cache
• View in incognito mode

  Oddly enough, the un-secure version of my site http://thiswaay.com/ shows the new, correct content.

  Please advise.
