“Unknown api error”

I have a Big problem with my wordpress webshop that has been affecting me for the last 2 days. Everytime a costumer or me, tries to order a product from my website, they press place order and then it says “unknown api error”. I have been in contact with my hosting support 3 times and they have now said it is the woocommerce plug-in that is the cause. What Do i Do? Any help is appriciated as i really want to get my webshop running again.
