I’ve been searching if I could find anything for those particular two files that a first scan (right after installing WF) has found but could not find anything. Would it be safe to ignore those warnings?
High Severity Problems:
* Unknown file in WordPress core: wp-includes/SimplePie/XML/class-wp-inc.php
* Unknown file in WordPress core: wp-includes/js/thickbox/class-wp-feed.php
