Awesome plugin first off.
The problem I (and my site users) have is this: I just got a dozen popups saying I had unread messages. So I click one and read the message fine – but now all of those popups are gone. So – I go to the main chat box expecting to see a way to filter unread messages – or at least see a dot or mark identifying unread chats – and I can’t see anything.
Q: how should I find those unread messages – If it’s not clear to me as admin i’m sure it won’t be clear to members? Or – what am I doing wrong – settings etc?
