Are you referring to Mail Mint’s unsubscribe link? If so, then the Preferences link is where people can go and opt out of a single list or multiple lists as they want. The Unsubscribe link is rather used to allow a user to stop getting any emails from you at all.
Right now there is no way to add a link to unsubscribe from a particular list on one-click. But we have it on our backlog and may work on it in the future when we have the scope.
