All of the text inside the Stripe inline form are rendered in the iframe and can’t be controlled via the pot file.
If you navigate to the Advanced Settings page of the Stripe plugin, there is an option to set the locale to your site’s locale. Try that and the fields should be translated. Or you can use one of the custom forms which use text strings from the pot file.
