Thank you for using Yoast SEO and for reaching out!
Please check under Yoast SEO → Search Appearance → Content Types / Archives / Taxonomies if you can find the “tdb_templates” as I’m not sure what they specifically are. You can set “Show X in search results?” to no. That way the sub-sitemap won’t be included in the sitemap-index.
Thanks it worked, I was looking for it in Archives / Taxonomies tabs.. but it was under content type
